Training Packages

Personalized training plans for runners of all abilities.

Customized to fit your schedule and fitness level.  Clients* will meet for a one-on-one consultation and fitness assessment (no additional fee).  All plans are written and shared via Training Peaks, which is free for you to use.  I will collect data from your account and use it to adjust your training as needed.  The training plan will include daily mileage, pace guidelines, detailed workouts and the reason behind the plan. Your coach is also available via email daily to answer any questions you have throughout your training and to tweak plans if necessary.

Beginner Training Program: Good for someone who is new to running, may be coming back after some time off, or is preparing for a longer distance such as a full or half marathon.

      • 6 weeks of base training
      • Run/walk method with progressively increasing run times
      • 2- 3 x week workouts focusing on strength and stretching
      • Unlimited email access to your coach.

  • The following programs are for athletes who have some base running already completed. You should be able to run 3-4 miles a few times a week to successfully train for any of these distances.

10k Training Program:

  • 10-12 weeks of customized workouts
  • 3 days/week of running
  • 2-3 days/week of strength training, cross training

Half-Marathon Program

  • 12 weeks of customized workouts
  • 4-5 days/ week of running
  • 2-3 days of cross training, strength training, stretching
  • Unlimited coach access

Marathon Program

  • 16 or 20 weeks of customized workouts
  • 4-5 days/week of running
  • 2-3 days/week of strength/cross training
  • Weekly Check-Ins
