Private One-on-One Coaching Sessions in the Charelston Area
Looking for someone to push you to run harder on workout days, make sure you are on pace, help you get through your long run or just to get you out the door? Look no further!
With one-on-one coaching, I can:
- conduct video analysis of your running form
- teach you correct form on warm-up and running drills
- provide guidance, education, advice on current questions or problems you may have
- guide you through a total-body conditioning workout session or
- instruct you on a specific type of workout (hills, intervals, tempo, etc)
Location of sessions will vary depending on the type of workout planned and your schedule. For example, I may meet with you at a local track to run intervals, a park for HITT session, or anywhere else that suits your needs.
Sessions are provided on a one-on-one basis and are $40/session. You can also purchase a package of 5 sessions for $180.

I offer limited one-on-one sessions throughout the year. Please inquire early as individual training runs fill up quickly!
