  • Unlimited access to coach via email/phone
  • Initial one-on-one fitness assessment, instruction on common warm-up exercises and running drills, and goal setting
  • option to add on additional one-on-one sessions scheduled with your coach
    • cost is $20/session in addition to base rate for the program
  • $80/month for first month, followed by $60/month thereafter.
